Founded in 1987 by Mr. Vythelingum Pavaday, this culinary school was created from a deep passion for teaching and the culinary arts. What began as a vision to help housewives learn professional cooking skills gradually evolved into a respected training centre dedicated to Cookery and Pastry education.
Driven by his love for gastronomy and his commitment to sharing knowledge, Mr. Vythelingum Pavaday devoted himself to training students with patience, discipline, and creativity. His passion for teaching has inspired many individuals to discover their talents, build confidence in the kitchen, and pursue careers in the culinary field.
Today, the school offers complete part-time professional courses in Cookery and Pastry over a period of 5 months, with only two intakes per year to ensure quality training and individual attention for each student. The institution continues to uphold the values of excellence, professionalism, and dedication that Mr. Vythelingum Pavaday established from the very beginning.
